Dispatch Technology

We have the most advanced software and dispatch system in the industry. Your jobs are assigned to the courier nearest your office when you place your delivery. Our software tracks each delivery through to completion, and updates and timestamps each step along the way. Jobs are assigned by two-way messaging, and confirmed by the driver that he is one the way, when he picks up and drops off. Updates are linked to our website for your review at anytime. You also get an email seconds after your package is delivered.

Courier's On-board Technology

Our couriers are fully connected to our dispatch system. Along with two-way radios, our drivers receive job assignments electronically, then update our software with automatic timestamps of the assignment time, pick-up time, and delivery time, as well as the recipient's name. This is inlcuded in our Instant Proof of Delivery feature. Available via email, text and telephone.

GPS Navigation

All of our drivers have on-board GPS, so they take the fastest route for your on-time delivery. Our drivers are also tracked by GPS systems connected to our office, so we always know exactly where they are.

Client Login Features

When you become our customer, we give you access to everything you need to manage your account. Login to; track package status, view and print your invoice, and access performance reports of the services you receive. You can also set your preference for your Instant Proof of Delivery method.
